We will work together using Compassionate Inquiry to unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal. Through Compassionate Inquiry, you will recognise the unconscious dynamics that run your life and how to liberate your Self from them.

Safety, well being and quality of life


Together we will schedule a day/time to meet as necessary. There is no limit on the number of sessions, and we can assess your needs as we go along.


1-2-1 sessions are via video conferencing technology, which should make it easier on your schedule to meet with me.


When possible, in times of emergency or need, you will be welcome to contact me via WhatsApp for additional support.


All 1-2-1 clients have access to reduced rates on courses, retreats for one year from their first session


1-2-1 WORK

During our 1-2-1 work you will be in the "driving seat", and I will be with you to hold space and support your discovery of Self and healing in the pursuit of quality of life.


You will have access to the Coming Home Facebook and WhatsApp support groups which are member led.


Working on Self takes courage, vulnerability and curiosity. Guided Self-care techniques are freely taught and shared.

What do you want in your life?


There are two elements to the finances of the 1-2-1 work.

Admin Fees

As standard, there is a fee of £25 for every session, which lasts up to 60 minutes. This fee is to cover the cost of facilitating the sessions (administration, website/technology, insurance, membership fees, etc.). The fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and needs to be paid when confirming your session.

Dana Practice

When working with us, you will notice that present moment awareness, grounding, mindfulness, nature, breathing and meditation are integral to the processes. Eastern influences permeate our work and it feels right to continue this with how we provide the 1-2-1 work.

Dana means “generosity” and “giving” in Pali, the language in which the Buddha’s teachings were originally recorded. The Buddha regularly emphasised in his teaching the value of generosity and sharing what we have with others, as an essential practice of cultivating happiness and well being.

Dana is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is given from the heart. Your generosity is a gift that supports this work and makes it accessible to everyone.

The Buddha encouraged Dana and generosity, in recognition of our interdependence, and as a wholesome practice which helps release the heart and mind from greed and negativity. In receiving with gratitude, and giving with generosity, we become more fully conscious participants in the interconnected web of life that supports us all.

Take it as a practice: there is no expected “right amount”, so please listen to your heart and give what you are moved to offer, while also respecting your practical circumstances.
